Today, April 19, 2024, on the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic in Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov. B. Osmonov State University in Jalal-Abad hosted the Regional Youth Forum on Digitalization. The forum was attended by students of city universities, members of youth organizations, university professors and students studying IT and digital technologies.
Director of Jalal-Abad branch of OJSC "Kyrgyztelecom" Nurbek Abdyldaev also took part in the event. He spoke about the company's achievements and plans, and noted its important role in the development of digitalization.
"If all the services and platforms that our colleagues prepare are a machine, then we give fuel for the work of this machine - the Internet. For our part, we do everything possible to make this fuel high-quality and accessible. In this way, we are actively upgrading equipment and moving to modern technologies," Abdyldayev said.
The purpose of the Regional Youth Forum on Digitalization is to maximize digital literacy among the population, particularly young people. The Regional Youth Forum on Digitalization was previously held in the city of Kyzyl-Kiya on April 15 and in the city of Osh on April 17.
