Implementation of the 4th phase of the Digital CASA-KR project has started

      OJSC "Kyrgyztelecom"  announces the beginning of implementation of the 4th stage of the Digital CASA-KR project, which started in June 2024. Within its framework, 104.7 km of fiber-optic cable has already been laid in Chui and Naryn regions, which became an important step towards the creation of modern digital infrastructure in Kyrgyzstan.

      The goal of the Digital CASA-KR project is to provide high-quality and high-speed Internet access for all citizens and government agencies in the country. Within the framework of the 4th stage it is planned to connect 26 settlements and 195 state objects to the Internet, which will significantly improve access to digital services and resources. The construction of 2,247.6 km of fiber optic lines has been completed under the first three phases.

    The Digital CASA-KR project is an important initiative aimed at developing information and communication infrastructure in Kyrgyzstan, contributing to the digitalization and technological progress of the country. Completion of all stages of the project is planned for the end of September 2024.
